Service Description

Whether you are navigating sleep challenges with your little one 0-5 years, seeking clarification about contradictory advice, or simply need an understanding ear, this is the place to start! If you are seeking support for sleep challenges, this session will include establishing some history, context, and your goals. From there, we can discuss options and actionable strategies and next steps tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. An email containing key takeaways is included and will be sent following our session. I look forward to meeting you where you are and guiding you to carve the right path forward for you and your family. Please note: If you are experiencing significant or multiple challenges with sleep or looking at making bigger changes (to, e.g., sleep location, associations, etc), follow up sessions may be recommended. The email summary is not a detailed sleep plan. Personalised support plans and follow up sessions are optional, but I think it is important to be transparent that some cases are complex and may require additional support for best outcomes. All prices in AUD. If you live elsewhere, the conversion will occur when the payment is processed. It is approximately $160USD/ £125GBP (subject to change with currency value fluctuations, recommended to google current rate).

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, consultations and live webinar tickets are non-refundable, except when the session is canceled by Infant Sleep Scientist (service provider). Rescheduling: 1:1 consultations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancelations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a rescheduled session unless the original session time is rebooked by someone else. In the event the session time is rebooked, Infant Sleep Scientist will reach out once with available times to choose from. If the times offered do not suit or there is no reply within 7 days, it will be assumed you do not wish to reschedule and the session will be forfeited with no refund. Live webinars: In the event a live webinar needs to be rescheduled, Infant Sleep Scientist will provide as much notice as possible. If the event is canceled, refunds will be actioned within 7 days of notification of cancellation. Consultation email summaries: For all 1:1 consults, an email summary can only be provided when the consultation takes place on zoom and is recorded. If you would prefer a phone call but would like a summary, I suggest downloading the zoom app on your phone and joining with audio only. If you would prefer not to be recorded at all, please notify Infant Sleep Scientist and you also agree in this case that an email summary will not be provided.
