About Your Host

Jessica Guy, PhD

Dr. Jess has a PhD in child development and spent over a decade researching babies and young children. She also worked as a sleep scientist, assessing and treating adults with sleep disorders and is a certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist.

Jess brings together this expertise, her experiences as a mum, and her passion to make evidence-based infant and child sleep and development information accessible and digestible for attachment-focused, cycle breaking, parents.
