About Your Host

Jessica Guy, PhD

Dr. Jess holds a PhD in child development and has spent over a decade researching babies and young children. A former sleep scientist, she also assessed and treated adults with sleep disorders and is a certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist.

Drawing on this expertise, along with her lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD mum raising a neurodivergent child, Jess is passionate about making science-based, connection-centred support accessible and digestible for all parents -- especially those raising sensitive, spirited, and neurodivergent kids.
