What age group is this suitable for? This course has been designed with babies 0-18 months in mind and much of the content is applicable well beyond this age
Will this help me with (frequent waking, false starts, split nights, insert other sleep challenge here)? Yes! This course is designed to help you with common baby and toddler sleep challenges.
What if I fall behind? There is no such thing! It is completely self-paced and on demand. While it has been formatted to be taken over four weeks, it does not matter if you need longer. Life happens!
Will this get my baby sleeping through the night and/or sleeping independently? That's unlikely. While some babies will sleep independently or through the night with only a few small tweaks, it's not a realistic expectation. Lofty promises like these attached to baby sleep programs are a good sign it is full of BS and non responsive strategies. This is Baby Sleep WITHOUT the BS and therefore we do not make any such guarantees, even if it loses us a few sales.
