Beyond Bedsharing
& Contact Sleep

gently and responsively.

Friday 30th August at 10AM AEST

(Replay will be made available)

Mother Baby Bonding

Let's make something clear:

There is nothing wrong with bedsharing or contact napping. Period! If you love it, you don't need to stop. Today or ever. Your baby or toddler will grow out of it. It is not a bad habit.

However...

If you are:

  • Finding bedsharing or contact sleep hard to sustain

  • Have tried to introduce more independent sleep with little luck, or

  • Wondered if it is even possible for your baby to sleep on another surface without separation-based strategies

I've got you.

A Toddler and a Baby

Parents like you are saying...

Starting Daycare

Oscar started daycare three weeks ago and it went great!! The workbook was fab, we felt so prepared, and his teachers seemed impressed at our questions and loved the social story we made from the template.

Beyond Bedsharing & Contact Napping

Thank you! This helped my husband see that our baby needing us for sleep is normal, and that sleep training is not the only way. Our son is now having some independent naps and part of the night in his crib. It has made a huge difference for us all. Now we don't mind the time he is in with us, we enjoy it.

Dream Team: Introducing Another Caregiver to Sleep

We somehow made a seamless transition to Michael doing bedtimes and overnights! He hasn't had to get me once to settle or feed. Thanks for your guidance and the valuable work that you do!
