Sleep support beyond quick fixes and rigid rules
Service Description
Whether you are deep in sleep deprivation, needing support to make gentle shifts to what is no longer working, or simply wanting reassurance and guidance through a hard season, I am here to help. What is included: Intake questionnaire An in-depth questionnaire covering your baby or child’s sleep, developmental history, current challenges, and your goals. Optional sleep diary review If you are tracking sleep, you are welcome to submit a diary ahead of the session. Consultation (up to 60 minutes) A thorough intake session to understand your family’s context and collaboratively plan practical, fully responsive strategies tailored to you. Brief session note (via email) Concise session notes capturing key decisions and agreed next steps. These are intentionally brief to support clarity without overwhelm. What is not included Ongoing follow-up support Follow-up consultations are booked separately and are always optional. The number and frequency needed varies depending on your situation. Guarantees It would be unethical to guarantee specific sleep outcomes. While a more sustainable sleep situation is possible for most families, we cannot control exactly Note: Prices are listed in AUD. A currency converter is available in the footer. Leaving the currency as AUD will not affect payment processing.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and cancellations Consultations are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged at the full rate unless the original session time is rebooked by another client, in which case the session may be rescheduled at no charge. If a reschedule option is offered and there is no response or attempt to confirm a new appointment time within 7 days, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided. Session notes For initial and follow-up consultations, a brief session note is provided following sessions that take place as scheduled. Session notes are not provided if a consultation does not take place, is forfeited, or is missed. Session notes are not included for Sanity Sessions. Recordings Recordings are not provided to clients. Outcomes and guarantees Refunds are not offered on the basis of specific sleep goals or outcomes not being achieved. Fees cover the consultation and inclusions outlined above, not specific results. Babies and children vary widely in what is developmentally and emotionally possible at any given time, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
