Service Description
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a second brain? This quick-fire, 30-minute session is for exactly that. Whether it’s: → Sleep questions → Care transitions → Sensory needs → High sensitivity or neurodivergence → Or “is this normal?” moments …this is for you. No admin (yours or mine) involved - just a focused, supportive chat to help you get unstuck, feel heard, and walk away with a few clear next steps. All ages welcome - babies, toddlers, children 0-8 years.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. If a reschedule is requested inside 48 hours, this will be invoiced at the full rate unless the original session time is rebooked by someone else, in which case it will be rescheduled at no charge. If this is offered and there is no reply or attempt to confirm a new appointment time within 7 days, it will be assumed you do not wish to reschedule and the session will be forfeited with no refund. Consultation email summaries: For initial consultations and follow up consultations, an email summary/plan can only be provided when the consultation takes place on zoom and is recorded. If you would prefer a phone call but would like a summary, I suggest downloading the zoom app on your phone and joining with audio only. If you would prefer not to be recorded at all, please notify Infant Sleep Scientist and you also agree in this case that an email summary will not be provided. Summaries are not included for Sanity Sessions. Refunds are not offered on the basis of specific sleep goals or outcomes not being met. The costs associated with this service are for the consultation inclusions outlined above, not outcomes.
