Starting Daycare Live Workshop+ Q&A

Nurturing Sleep and Attachment During Care Transitions

39 Australian dollars
Online Session

Service Description

Starting daycare with your baby or toddler can feel overwhelming, I know. But it doesn't have to be. With the right support, information, and tools, you will leave this workshop feeling prepared to nurture your way through this change confidently and calmly. In this workshop, we will spend about 90 minutes together covering everything from choosing the right care option to preparing for and supporting the transition to childcare in a way that works for your unique baby and prioritises and protects your relationship with them. We will also cover common challenges - sleep and otherwise - and what to do about them. We will go beyond sleep - this workshop is the full A-Z of preparing and supporting your baby and family through this change holistically and effectively. If you attend live, you will also have the opportunity to get any burning questions answered by Jess at the end. Either way, lifetime access to the replay will be made available to you after the live event ends.
