This information will be carefully analyzed before our session to ensure I have a clear understanding of your circumstances, relevant background and context, and goals. Our session: We will focus on gaining clarity about the challenges you're facing and setting achievable goals. I will help you identify potential sources of sleep disruption and guide you with gentle and respectful strategies to address and overcome these obstacles. Crafting your personalized plan: Together, we will refine a plan that is sustainable and realistic for your family. Caring for you: It's important to prioritize your own well-being as a caregiver. During our time together, we can explore ways for you to find a balance between meeting your baby's needs and taking care of yourself. After our session, I will prepare a clear and actionable plan, tailored just for you. I'll also provide any relevant resources that might be helpful.
