About Your Host
Dr. Jessica Guy has a PhD in child development and spent over a decade doing research in various domains with babies and young children. She also trained and worked as a sleep scientist, assessing and treating adults with sleep disorders and is a certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist.

Jess brings together this expertise and her passion to make evidence-based infant and child sleep and development information accessible and digestible for attachment-focused, cycle breaking, parents.
