Welcome to a sleep approach tailored for conscious and evidence-based parents like you. If traditional sleep solutions for babies have often felt misaligned with your beliefs, you're not alone. And, merely "hoping for the best" isn’t serving you anymore.

Grounded in solid research and infused with intuitive wisdom, this unique methodology aids you in enhancing sleep and overall well-being for the entire family. Your instincts remain your compass, and we're here to guide you in responding to your baby's needs (and get enough rest yourself!)

Through dedicated effort, I've distilled crucial knowledge that promises both immediate results and long-term benefits for you and your baby. Dive in, and let's redefine sleep solutions together.

  • Unraveling the dual systems governing sleep

  • Pinpointing root causes of your baby's sleep interruptions and restless nights

  • Choosing and implementing strategies to optimise your baby's sleep including naps, bedtime, and night sleep

  • Understanding the profound impact of nurturing sleep on your baby's neural development

  • Seamless settling and resettling strategies

  • + more, e.g., insights on sleep norms, critical indicators and red flags, debunking myths, and robust guidance on strategising and addressing common sleep challenges

Is it right for you?

Does any of the following resonate with you?

  • Your baby (5m+) frequently wakes (> every 2-3 hours) during the night, struggles with split nights, "fights" sleep, or wakes up very early.

  • You feel lost having attempted countless solutions and you need more sleep, yet sleep training isn't the route you want to take.

  • You value science and your parental intuition and attachment relationship equally

  • Your baby's sleep seems ok now, but you just love learning or want to be equipped to tackle any sleep challenges that may arise in the future.

  • Expecting a baby soon? Equip yourself with insights and strategies to be prepared for the beautiful journey ahead.

  • You're passionate about nurturing your baby's sleep, fostering their development, and strengthening the bond you share.

With this course, you'll gain invaluable principles and tools that will not only enhance your baby's sleep patterns but will also serve you in the years to come. Interestingly, many of these evidence-based principles can be adapted to optimize your own sleep!

What Parents Like You Are Saying

Sleeping Baby

Anna

We saw significant improvements all around! Longer stretches, less waking. Thank you so much for the course, I could not survive much longer on such little sleep.

Mother and Baby on Floor

Sara

Thanks Jess - I finished the 5m course and it's so so good. I learned a lot and you really explain all things so well. I will be recommending to all my mum friends.

Happy Family

Rayna

It was so reassuring and helpful.  We went from 5-6 wakes to 2-3, and they are shorter and easier wakes than before. It's just way more manageable now.
